What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. Sites can also save small settings in your browser’s local storage. Both are covered by this policy.

How I use them
Google Analytics runs from your first visit so I can count visits and see which pages help people. UK law allows cookies used only to improve a website without asking first, as long as you are told and can easily switch them off. That is why there is no cookie banner.
Google signals and data sharing are switched off, and the statistics are only used in aggregate. I do not use advertising, remarketing or marketing cookies.

If you switch analytics off, the Google Analytics cookies are removed and no more are set.

Other services
Some pages include services run by other companies, which may set their own cookies when the page loads. They are listed in the table above, and each company explains its cookies in its own policy:
- Google Maps only loads when you choose Show map on a clinic panel.
- Doctify shows my patient rating and reviews.
- Carebit shows the booking form on the Book consultation page.

Change your settings
Switch Google Analytics on or off at any time. Your choice is saved in this browser.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. Blocking strictly necessary storage may mean the site forgets your theme and settings.
